Coatings as a service: we have the right solution for every project

In today’s construction industry, functionality alone is no longer enough. Architects, contractors, and project owners are looking for sustainable, aesthetically appealing, and low-maintenance solutions that meet the specific requirements of their projects. This is precisely why the choice of coating is becoming increasingly important.
Prevent water problems on your roof!

For large-scale projects such as distribution centres and logistics buildings, roofs are often constructed in phases. The warm roof panels are already installed, while insulation and waterproof roofing (such as bitumen or EPDM) have not yet been applied.
At this stage of construction, the roof is not yet wind- and waterproof. As a result, precipitation can reach the roof and accumulate in the troughs of the profiled sheets (cannelures). This can lead to unwanted temporary loads and increased risks during execution. SAB offers the solution to this problem with drainage holes in warm roof panels.
An effective solution for acoustics in utility construction

Perforated profile sheets and liner trays are widely used in utility construction where acoustics play an important role. In large halls with hard surfaces and technical installations, sound can easily spread and linger for a long time, directly affecting working comfort and the functionality of the space.
By applying perforation in combination with the right build-up, reverberation can be effectively reduced, creating a more comfortable acoustic environment.
Facades with profile sheets: strong and versatile

Profile sheets have been used for many years as façade cladding in utility and industrial construction. What started as a practical solution has evolved into a versatile system where technology and design come together.
Thanks to the combination of strength, easy installation, and a wide range of shapes and colors, profile sheets are suitable for a variety of façade applications.
Prevent condensation droplets with anti-condensation fleece
Condensation is a common phenomenon in metal roof and façade systems. When warm, humid air comes into contact with the cold surface on the underside of the roof, water vapor can condense. With profiled sheets, this results in condensation droplets forming on the underside of the sheets, which can then drip into the space below.
By applying an anti-condensation fleece to profiled sheets, this issue can be effectively managed and reduced.
