Colorcoat: More than just an attractive finish
Colorcoat is precoated steel and is more than just a coating. SAB delivers most of the colors standard from the stock and more than any supplier ever.
The basis for all types of precoated steel is the steel itself. As the basic material, SAB-profiel uses continuously galvanized steel, MagiZinc® and GalvalloyTM (for Colorcoat Prisma® and Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra®). SAB-profiel can supply more or less all of its products in a wide range of coatings. A number of these have striking colours. More subdued colours are also available if that is what you prefer. Some coatings excel in durability, that allow a guarantee of up to 40 years. You can look for yourselves in the graphic and table below with the postioning of the different Colorcoat products.
Common to all coatings is the high quality, which is in accordance with the European Coil Coating Association (ECCA) guidelines. All Colorcoat products are fully REACH compliant (see statement on the downloads). SAB-profiel supplies coated material in accordance with the applicable European standard EN10169.

Here you will find the correct solution for your specific situation. It is possible for Colorcoat Prisma and Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra to get a 30 year or respectively a 40 year Confidex® guarantee for maintenance without worries.
