Colorfarm®, more than just for agricultural buildings
A special application area of Colorcoat® is the cladding of buildings in which animals are held or in which biomass is processed. With the more intense agriculture and the development of agriculture energy this application is growing. Colorfarm is special made for this application. Colorfarm is a pre-finished steel which provides excellent corrosion resistance and a specific resistance against ammonium and agricultural chemicals.
Ammonium and corrosion
For aggressive environments usual Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® is used, because of its robustness, corrosion resistance and high performance against anorganic chemicals. When resistance against ammonium is necessary there is only one Colorcoat that meet: Colorfarm. Next to a specific resistance against ammonium, Colorfarm has also a high corrosion resistance.
Colorfarm® BP is designed for twin skinned insulated buildings. The exposed side of the cladding is protected by the high build 35 micron Colorfarm coating whilst the unexposed side is supplied with our high performance backing coat that is also used with Colorcoat HPS200 and Prisma.

Available colour
SAB-profiel offers Colorfarm in the most used colour, Chalk White (RAL 9002), that contributes to a bright interior. The colour shown below, can differ from the actual colour. Ask for a real hand sample with the colour you are interested in. On request (> 2.500 m²) seven other uni colours ((Goosewing Grey, Reseda Green (RAL 6011), Juniper Green, Light Ivory (RAL 1015), Slate Grey (RAL 220 3005), Slate Blue (RAL 5008), Millstone Brown) can be delivered.
