SAB-Carrier WB 60.1000 – also available in FA

No screws are visible due to the secret fixing on these sandwich panels. With a core thickness of 60 mm, the u value 0.36 W/m2K. The SAB-Carrier WB 60.1000 is available with FM Approval. Working width is 1000 mm.

Our Carrier sandwich panels with secret fixing can be applied both vertically and horizontally, and come in 2 ribbings: M8L and M16L. The outer plate has a minimum thickness of 0.63 mm.

The SAB-Carrier system consists of specially manufactured sandwich panels with increased foam adhesion and thicker steel outer sheets, a (rail) fastening system and SAB (Design) profiles. The steel outer sheet of the SAB-Carrier system is preferably provided with a durable coating in Colorcoat SDP 50, Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra or Colorcoat Prisma for the best protection. In addition to steel profiles, other materials such as aluminum or composite are also possible as a curtain wall.

The hidden secret fixed panels must almost always be installed at intermediate points using at least two screws and a load distribution plate. Two versions are available for this. Our technical tables are based on the load distribution plate from SAB and can be easily ordered from SAB and delivered with the panels to the construction site.
