SAB WB 120.1000 – also available in FA-FR

With the blind (invisible) mounting, no screws are visible. This allows you to create a sleek, calm-looking facade or wall of sandwich panels. With a core thickness of 120 mm, the u value 0.18 W/m2K. The SAB WB 120.1000 is available with FM Approval and is also possible in FR version, see explanation and overview of products on the fire safety page. Working width is 1000 mm.

Our SAB WB FR panels with secret fixing guarantee a fire-resistance of at least 30 minutes. The panels have the same characteristics and ribbing possibilities as the standard SAB WB series.

The fire-resistant SAB WB panels are applied vertically, with joint stitching every 333mm,  and come in 3 possible ribbings: LL, M8L and M16L.

For the new factory in Geldermalsen, our sandwich panels have been completely redesigned. The joint has been optimised for fire, wind and water resistance. The seal in the joint is easily compressed and provides an airtight seal under the slightest compression.

The hidden secret fixed panels must almost always be installed at intermediate points using at least two screws and a load distribution plate. Two versions are available for this. Our technical tables are based on the load distribution plate from SAB and can be easily ordered from SAB and delivered with the panels to the construction site.

Our panels can be provided with a foodsafe coating for applications in the food processing industry.
